You may sign up any day of the month. Your monthly subscription will last for a full month, no matter what day you sign up. 

No! Everything at Mom Envy is staying the same. All of the current freebies will remain where they are and new ones will be added as usual. Plan with M.E. Membership is a VIP type of site - with hundreds of new files every single month.

The monthly files will be available from the first day of each month and will remain accessible for two months, expiring on the last day of the following month.

For example, files will become available on May 1st. They will remain available until June 30.

This ensures that all members can access the files for a full month, no matter what day of the month they sign up. 

Files will be available on www.planwithmemembership.com. You will create a log-in and password. Then you will use that log in to sign into the membership site where you can download the files.

At this time, printable files will come in both US Letter Size and Classic Happy Planner size.

At times, you may also receive files that are half-page files as well.

Files will come in both Sunday Start and Monday start. You can pick which file is best for you.

No! You can get memberships in one. This way you can use either the printable or digital files.

To use the digital planners, you'll need a digital planner software. I use GoodNotes myself, but any of the apps that take interactive PDFs will work.

As of right now, I do not have any team members. It's just me reading e-mails and responding so you're always writing directly to me - an actual person. 

You may suggest a theme to get added to my list of possible themes but no, you may not make custom requests. I will be taking suggestions for monthly themes and will have members vote for themes from time-to-time. 

You can manage your subscription by going to the "Billing" or "My Account" section on your dashboard. There, you can update your payment information or cancel your subscription.

No, due to the type of membership, you may not receive a partial refund. Since the files can be downloaded immediately after signing up, it is not possible.

Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of the membership, you may not receive your money back. Since the material is digital, there is no way to "return the product" to receive your money back like a physical product. Once you have access to the membership files, you may not get your money returned to you for that month for any reason.

Yes. You will receive maintain access to the membership until your month is up.
